Planning your own wedding can be a monumental task. As a professional wedding planner since 2015, I can help you navigate through unseen challenges, recommend amazing vendors, and give advice on the dos and don’ts of event planning.
When working together on planning your wedding, we make sure it is your vision we are bringing to life. We work alongside you to bring the day to life while also taking stressful tasks off your hands.
Once we have your budget in place, we will begin creating the wedding of your dreams! I will be reaching out to vendors and bringing your vision to life!
The first step to creating the wedding of your dreams is nailing down your budget. This step isn't always the most fun, but it is definitely one of the most important! Once we know your budget we are able to start deciding which vendors we can reach out to.
Setting up expectations is part of our job as planners! We will not send you vendor options that are outside of your budget so your expectations are managed thoroughly.
Next we will begin to reach out to vendors that fit the style and requests you have given us. We will send you options that we already know for a fact are available on your wedding day, as well as within your budget.
We will lead the communication with vendors so you don't have to. We even offer liaison services for payments to each vendor booked, taking one more step off your plate.
The day of the wedding we will be there setting up your reception tables, your guest book table, your seating chart, anything and everything that pulls the entire day together.
We will help you create the timeline of the day, the venue floor plan for the reception, as well as oversee the setup operations of each vendor as they arrive.
On top of making sure the venue is decorated properly the day of, we will also be overseeing vendor communication, arrival, setups, and organization. We will also be the go to for any and all family and guests as they arrive to defer to with questions.
The day includes many working pieces and people all over. Having us there to tell people where to go when, makes it run a lot smoother!
Additional day of services include, organizing the wedding party for the ceremony, working with the photographer on the photography timeline of the day, making sure the reception flows smoothly and on time, floral liaison with boutonnieres, corsages, and bouquets, overseeing all reception clean up, and more!
